About the Firm

Founded in 1974 in the historic district of Newburyport, Massachusetts. ADC began as a small homegrown firm, with the goal of accommodating local citizens and businesses of the North Shore. We have since expanded and now have clients in over 35 states across the US. Our staff includes accounting experts, each with their own unique area of focus to meet your everchanging needs.

In an effort to create a CPA firm for today’s economy, in 2017, ADC purchased Moker CPA, a CPA firm specializing in accounting for government grant and contracts awardees. The acquisition doubled the size of the firm, which gave us the ability to better serve our clients. This division of the firm, also known as GovCo, is led by Brittany Leary, Partner, and George Moker, Director.
