George is Director at ADC. His focus is specializing in SBIR/STTR and other government-funded for-profit startup organizations. The firm has a nationwide client base consisting of startup organizations with revenue ranging from $100,000 to $15 million, with funding from various government agencies (DOD, DHS, NIH, DOE, NSF, and more). George was the former President & CEO of Moker CPA PC, a firm he founded in 2002 and subsequently sold to Ambrosi Donahue Congdon in 2017. George has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, focusing on the area of startup and small organizations.
In addition to his responsibilities at ADC, George served as Director of Entrepreneurship Programs, Carol Sawyer Parks Endowed Chair of Entrepreneurial Studies, as well as being a full-time member of the entrepreneurship faculty at Suffolk University. Professionally, George served in senior management positions in a privately-held, aerospace support government contractor firm (having administered contracts with NASA and the U.S. Air Force), specializing in metrology systems used in the aircraft engine design, manufacture, and overhaul processes, as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations. George’s entire professional career has been spent in the realm of starting and growing small organizations, with a focus on entrepreneurial attitudes of the management team towards commercialization. George served nearly a decade as a public official in his community, as well as serving on several community boards.
